Slow Cooker Turkey Taco Filling

1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 10 oz. can of Rotel
1 medium onion, chopped
8 mini bell peppers, cored & sliced
1/4 c cilantro, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning (your favorite brand will work fine)
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
No need to precook the ground turkey breast. Everything goes in the slow cooker, stir, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir before serving to ensure the meat has not turned into a solid block of taco goodness. If it does turn into a solid block of taco goodness, stir and "chop" with a wooden spoon until the meaty filling is perfectly crumbled.
